Love how he slipped in the unconfirmed caveat for the De Bruyne comment, to show us how factual he likes to keep things. Surprised he added the "in wages bit" because the Telegraph author didn't on his tweet.

Any concrete details on his salary yet?

I’ve said this before, cunts like Stone must have zero self-respect. He’s being paid a wage, effectively from the public purse, to talk about a subject on a national broadcaster. Is it really asking too much that he gets his facts straight? Is this not something any self-respecting person would be at pains to do with all those people listening?

Think about it this way. There is already confirmed reports villa offered grealish more wages than us for him to stay.
So if this pricks tweet regarding wages is anything close to the truth iys means villa offered him 400k a week !!!!!!!!!

I think this 'turd' was not peddling shite when SWP left for CFC, but had he been I would have expected much the same kind of guff - SWP has been at City for x years, I was there at their training ground and there were kids, five and six year old wearing City shirts . . . . . . .

Most journalists are just Internet trolls publishing and reporting click bait in place of facts. Very few of them would retain credibility interviewed by a well prepared fan.

Before social media (yes there was a time young Blues) journos wrote for their readership. Still made up transfer links to get people to buy the paper, but ultimately wrote what they'd heard, seen etc...
However we now have a new style of journo, judged on the number of followers so play to the masses. Make stupid comments that they know will getting one side defending against supporters of 19 other clubs, who scream foul play.
We are an easy one for them as they have peddled the myth that much, that we are everything that is wrong with football, the brainless majority agree and 'hey presto' they have more NEW followers and clicks!
Oh and if we make money from selling players to fund they will play the human rights card.
Watch how often it happens???
 
Pogbas fee five years ago would be worth over 100 million in todays money but i didn’t read any of the hysteria surrounding that transfer.

BBC saying that City ‘smashed’ the British transfer fee when in fact in real terms we haven’t.

Its no mistake, purely to get reaction and put negative spin on City.

This is an age where they can tell you everything about a match in an instant. Touches, ball in play, who's playing shite, everything.
They've just gone through about a billion social media posts in a month and released stats to show where posted from, which clubs the posters are affiliated to etc etc etc.

Yet they can't report a transfer fee correct!
