QUESTION

if the glazers offered fcum £1million for free no strings you think they say NO ?
One of the reasons they were formed was that it was a stand against games being moved for television purposes

The BBC offered FuCkUM 50 grand to play an Fa Cup game on a Friday night and they did, so that should answer your question

They had zero choice like every other team, they would have been kicked out otherwise, and the amount of money seems low.

lets be honest here every single one of fcum fans are still united fans and go and watch there games

the problem i have and others have is the manchester city council backing this shower of shit
where was this sort of backing when manchester city was on its knees and without a pot to piss in

also the people of moston did not and does not want them ? the council went behind the vote just did what they wanted and built the ground anyway
It was a disgrace.Totally against any policy you could think of. They over compensated as United have no connection with Manchester whatsoever so had to give them something.

The council had awarded Moston Juniors £750,000 for upgrading the Ronald Johnson playing fields but they needed more funding to be able to complete the changing room facilities that were required.
The Moston Rag Socks were lined up to build a new ground off Ten Acres Lane in Newton Heath.
For reasons never officially revealed (though City were often cited) the Ten Acre Lane project was scrapped and 3 alternative sites given.
Wythenshawe Park athletics field
Hough End (sharing with Broughton Park RUFC)
Moston - the Ronald Johnson Playing Fields.

The Rag Socks rejected having to play at an athletics field, no way were they going to not be the sole owners of their own stadium at Hough End..... and were quite interested in the £750K attached to the Moston site in a partnership with Moston Juniors......

i remember that now moston juniors had already had £750K from a community funding and fcum hijacked it and made the council partner a deal that moston juniors had not choice in
