well trophies last forever so they're pretty long term.

It’s also not a god given right that we can win them every year either.
There’s no guarantee we win the league or champions league next season with Kane, Haaland or whoever.
It’ll increase our chances but it’s not a certainty, not a £150m certainty and something I don’t count on every season.

Remember when United were after Griezmann, but then ended signing Lukaku as a plan b? It didn’t work.

Completely different type of players, which is the same for Haaland and Kane.

Buy a player for a system, not just any player because they are a big name

There were some Twitter links to AC Milan taking Bernardo on a 2 year loan deal worth £10-15m per season with an option to buy at the end of £40m. Probably total nonsense as per usual.
