he was all of that and more. i would even say £100 million quality

Not entirely wrong, in terms of a winger, Sancho was the hot prospect on market. Bernardo's numbers have fallen last 2 seasons and he's mostly operating in midfield. Depends on preference, it would suit Simeone down to a T, Bernardo would excel in that league.
