Exactly the same for me pal. Can anybody give me an indication of how to get rid of the Norwich eTicket and upload the Arsenal one. Please.(Nearly forgot my manners there,it costs nothing to be polite,as my dear old mum used to tell me).

I had to log into my account on the website and download the season ticket to my wallet. Arsenal ticket now showing.

It happens automatically, mine came through today

No need it is replaced by the Arsenal ticket, mines already there

Just done what you suggested Col, it took about 30 seconds and it is now showing the Arsenal game on my season card.

Yes, worked for me too. Some guidance from the club would be nice, but it seems quite a few clubs are struggling with this innovation. I expect we’ll get used to it.

Clearly not for everybody. I'm Andriod (Samsung) and still showing Norwich. Same for wifey. Looking at the FAQ's, it says the process is automatic. It might be staggered release, and appear shortly, or it might be because Samsung is slightly different on Android phones and the automatic process isn't working.
Although the option 'add to mobile wallet' is greyed out on the Arsenal ticket on my City account, it is available on the seasoncard itself. I'm leaving for a couple of days to see if anything happens and if it doesn't, I'll download the seasoncard again.

I’m iPhone as is my daughter both of us have the Arsenal tickets. I think there are two alternatives in the settings, check that, I think one of them aut loads the next fixture . There was a guide on the City website mid week, that should help too.

It should work well for everybody, yesterday whilst waiting to enter the stadium I witnessed a blue in-front of me attempting to get in, he successfully managed to let his two kids in through the turnstile using the season ticket on his phone without issue, however when he tried to enter ground himself the system failed leaving him outside, thankfully the steward saw sense and let him in. Working well for most people simply is not good enough

All options in the G Pay settings are on, and in the seasoncard wallet there is only one option; 'Remove'.
I'm not in the slightest bit worried. It'll appear or it won't and I'll re-download the seasoncard, which someone a few posts back has done.

Same here. Wondering if Android was the reason we couldn't NFC in to the Stadium yesterday?
