Is Kane 10 an actual thing? I mean I may not be down with the kids these days, but when I think of Harry Kane, I think great striker and tongue too big for his gob. Him wearing number 10 doesn’t really enter my thoughts.Update: (my words these, so I’m paraphrasing….. remember this!)
City went back to Kane late Friday night with a revised proposal, based on a potential loss of longer term earnings from image rights (the whole not being number 10 thing). We will know tomorrow if he’s happy, but there will be no counter offer.
We haven’t tried to speak to Spurs directly for a week now, because of the unrest in the Kane camp.
If Kane is happy with the new proposal, we will speak to Spurs. If he’s not, we will pull the plug.
Its D-Day (metaphorically speaking).
He should be more concerned about getting himself away from a career of winning fuck all.

I truly cannot fathom that the #10 thing is in any way real but if you’re not wumming and this transfer actually hangs in the balance because of a fucking shirt number then I hope he doesn’t find the terms agreeable because that may be the dumbest thing I’ve ever read

Stories about Levy not picking up the phone to us kind of sounds legit after what mattyb just said.
But surely you speak to the club first, agree a fee then talk to the player?
