Harry Kane

This is dead - move on to someone else, clear that Levy doesn't want to deal with us.

He very much does… he could have put a stop to this in June but he hasn’t…. He just wants an oil field or similar for Kane. Levy is trying to extort a ridiculous price for his prize asset. We have a simple choice… pay up or walk away.

I’ve got some news this morning from my mate who works within the horse racing industry he isn’t a football fan but passes on bits of info he hears about to our group of mates about all different clubs.
He was working for one particular owner yesterday and was around a chat regarding Kane and apparently it is well known between agents and clubs that the deal is agreed. Spurs are trying to get players in but do it without getting fleeced and in most cases trying to get them on the cheap under market value using the pandemic as a reason. They are struggling to do this as the selling clubs are aware of what is going on and this is where the delay is.
Apparently Kane did not want to play at the weekend but compromised to help with the facade that the deal is not done.
He is pushing really hard to get to us ASAP he originally refused to go back to Spurs but that got Levy’s back up we spoke to him and asked him to be patient and try to not rock the boat.
If Spurs cannot get the players they want for the price they want the deal will only get done on or around deadline day.

Or make a reasonable offer say circa 130 and say look want happened to Koulibaly
He is worth half the amount he was
Keep Kane we won’t be back thanks

I don't think they'll let Kane go if that's the case then

Don't think Levy is ready to sell for an acceptable fee. It will be very, very difficult. .

I posted this back in May. You didn't need to have "info" to know how difficult this transfer was going to be.

The transfer is very difficult, but not impossible. IF we offer 110m + 20m easily achievable bonuses + 20m less likely add-ons (CL + Ballon d'Or...), and IF Kane puts in a TR, then the transfer is likely to happen. Spurs and media would say we offered 150m, we'd say we paid 110m. Another option is 110m + 20m add-ons + a talent from the academy (say, McAtee)

Would be sheer madness to offer 150m + add-ons, not going to happen.

The kid who sweeps the shite off the floor at the stables knows all that?

We could well have moved on think we'll know one way or the other this week. I trust a few of the ITK on here to pass on what they know or hear. I don't expect them to know or hear everything, they never claim to.
I think that's my point though. Even the so-called ITKs have had no solid information to impart. It's symptomatic of how we do business these days and, in many ways, I'm glad.

Thanks for the info ....I can’t understand how this could happen though because surely most clubs realise Kane could be sold and won’t give players away
Also imagine if I as a rival owner got duped I would never deal with Spurs again and tell all the other owners
Hopefully it’s correct though

On the nose,that

Correct that's why i said so 'it would seem?'

IE i was guessing, Just like you do Mossi? lol

But its not an unreasonable assumption, if a player is really keen on leaving they often put a transfer request in, do they not?

or do you think otherwise?

Can I ask why do you think he hasn't put in a transfer request Mossi?
Maybe he doesn't need to

Maybe both parties are just playing out the closing scenes amicably

Putting in a transfer request does not mandate Levy to sell

What’s the closest we’ve been to the deadline in recent years? The window opened and closed later last year, but I seem to recall Dias was signed about 6 days before it closed.
