Not seen the game But am certain Steffen is no way near Edi. If you can't see the passes Ederson makes you blind mateA nice stroll in the sun. Could have been different had Ederson's latest brain fart in the 1st half bounced in...did the same at Old Trafford not so long ago, time to give Stefan a start.
Very good from lots of players, Grealish uses the ball well, Rodri was strong today, Sterling made some good runs but the usual poor finishing.
Odd first half, two up after a nothing sort of start and had little control in midfield. Then their guy gets sent off and we dominated.
Laporte was good again. How poor are Arsenal though, terrible at the back.
Agree with this.I thought Grealish was a bit of a spectator at times today out on the left. He wasnt poor, but it was almost like the rest if the side were giving him a bit of a lesson.
"Welcome to City, Jack, this is how we destroy one of the "big 6""
He scored in the last game !Good run out.
Not a stern test but good to get fitness up and up to speed again.
Thought Jesus was excellent again.
Sterling showing we can't rely on him for goals.
Fair play , shame Gareth Barry never got that respect from you're fans and he was class :-)Hi Villa fan here , just watched that , amazing how city make football look so easy , Grealish fitting in nicely with great players around him . He really is a class player.
God that was dire, shudders head and takes a shot of whiskyWe’ve now equalled the number of home goals scored in Stuart Pearce’s season, with 17 games to spare.
Equally shite team without the pressure...he'll be thinking thank fuck he went to Palace!Viera will be kicking himself he went to palace
It was 20 mins, and Henry was on the bench. Our self deprecating humour was in full flow when he came on. 'Who the fucking hell are you!' Was the chant. Even had Arsenal fans ringing up GMR after the game praising us for itHow times change. Seems like yesterday I was watching Arsenal go 4 up in 30 mins at Maine Road (2003?). Henry etc racing past Dunney . Arsenal fans rightly gloating. Probably thinking this is how it will always be.
I know some think it’s a passé now to think where we’ve come from. But days like these should be treasured
Spoiled now, she is. Pity she missed the defeat by Bury at Maine Road, that would have set her on the way to happiness. Or something. My daughters first game today, thought I'd get her in while she is still free!
She loved it, I missed most of the game through fighting back tears, soppy old bastard that I am lol
It was a great day. Tired and exhausted. One for the memory banks that. I didn't think we did anything spectacular. Good players working hard.A lovely riposte to a shit football and off the pitch week Many good performances today
He had a light bulb moment. Was all over at 2-0 and then the sending off made it academic.
On the negative side Sterling can't hit a barn door and what was Edison on in the first half?
Thats great. Looking forward to taking my nephew. He is about 7 I think. Just about the right age. He'd be amazed at the crowd and noise. My daughters first game today, thought I'd get her in while she is still free!
