I’ve just read on the BBC that Daniel James is close to going to Leeds for £30m.
This is a player that joined United from Swansea for around £15m and did absolutely nothing at Old Trafford - and United have doubled their money!
How, i mean just……..how?
Am i missing something here?
I’m all aware of Sunderland buying all the shite washed-up United players for £15m-£20m in the past but this is taking the piss isnt it?
 
What a sad lot of shit this lot are, you sell a player just to give ronny the number 7 shirt. Pathetic, needy wankers

You also have to take into account the BBC's obligatory upward adjustment of every outgoing transfer from the Rags. The real figure is nearer £20m than £30m.
 
It could just be that Bielsa sees what we all see. When a player leaves the swamp they improve overnight, and as a proper coach believes he can improve him.

Saying that, 30m is still wayyy to much

I still can’t get over the Dion Dublin transfer. He signed for them, then broke his leg, then somehow managed to get a Premier League medal after playing about six games and then got sold for twice what they paid for him.

He is another player who is always associated with the rags despite playing around a dozen games for them in a career where he played over 600 games. Had more appearances on Homes under the Hammer than with that shite

In fairness Homes under the hammer was a step up from the scum. You can’t blame Dion for making the transfer.

Maybe United need to ask dublin about knocking down the swamp and building a retirement home for washed up footballers.

They don't need to knock it down, with their transfer policy it is much the same thing.
Pogba took early retirement, Phil the Face Jones is enjoying his along with Matic and Varane is arguing with no one in particular about the seat by the window so he can watch the cars.
