To schools, youth groups, football teams etc

got talking to a guy from glasgow once who had brought his u15 team down got ‘x’ amount of free tickets sent up. His club come down and made a weekend , played a friendly against a local team etc.
Thats why you see little groups all in the same tracksuits on occasion.

i suppose if the seat would be empty its a good idea to give them away in the hope it creates the odd new fan or spend a few quid in the shop
Might be a good idea to try and enthuse regulars who no longer attend CL matches, the chances of a U15 from Glasgow etc coming again are perhaps minimal but a long-term Digi season ticket or whatever we're called now could be.

Since when has the 1st game in a champions league group been a must win?
It certainly does feel like it considering we have PSG in our group and the team challenging for one of the top two slots is playing us at home. We need to win this considering our tough fixtures upcoming

we should be very careful not to respect them and think its a win and 3 points in the bag
champions league football still does not sit well with me with the match officials and uefa

if somebody offered us the champions league title and united premier league title i would turn it down
the bread and butter is everything to me. even the FA cup and the league cup is special
but big players want the big prize and KDB should be a champions league winner
As much as it pains me and I hate United I'd accept that scenario if you thrown in an FA Cup lol

Couldnt agree more. A huge criticism of out owners is they dont give a shite about match going ‘normal’ fans. Or what do they call us? “Legacy fans”?

I called at 8am this morning and amazingly started off at 60 in the queue and after 5 mins went up to fuckin' 80!! My brother has had to go to Glasgow with work at the last minute so my lad's pal wants to go to his first game and looks like it can't happen now. This is one monumental fuck up by City and if you try and call them no doubt you'll be on hold for at least an hour. They're probably prioritising sold seats over empty seats here. If you cant transfer then it'll force fans to buy them from the club and those seats that would normally get transferred remain empty.

In danger of alienating more fans with this attitude.

You can't at all for cup games. Non transferable, can't put on seat exchange.
If you're on the cup scheme & can't make it, empty seat. Shambles!
That’s not what I was told at the ticket office on Friday. I went to upgrade my wife’s Senior ticket to adult for the RB Leipzig match as my son was taking her seat. I was told that it was not needed for this match. She printed me a ticket there and then. I heard the same thing from others at the Arsenal match.

I suspect that they are giving leeway because of the administrative cock-ups.

if we come up against one of the so called elite you know we get done by the officials ? its in the rules
That Lahoz is an utter ****
hahaha

i see your plan ? community shield derby
A cup treble would be unbelievable, think it's going to be a very competitive league this season and there is a chance we may fall short. I'd consider a Dipper or rags title win equally as disappointing. I'm desperate to win the champions league after that feeling walking out the stadium in Portugal

Only in the FA Cup scheme as these late kick-offs midweek are hopeless when you depend on Metrolink to get you there and back.

Add the fact that the CL does not appeal to me and I shall be watching on TV at home.

yep we all feel the pain matey

losing a final of any sort is hard but the champions league final leaves you drained knowing it could never happen again.. but i feel we have a squad good enough this season and if the jan transfer window brings in a striker then we should be right to go all the way this time

KDB is to good of a player not to win champions league and the hunger he has in wanting to win it will bring the others up a level..

If anyone on android has trouble with the ticket not showing just remove the ticket and readd it. It appeared in my Google pay instantly.

Yes it will be difficult to win the cl this year and last year did feel like the big chance. But it isnt unheard of that a team gets to the final a year after losing. Off the top of my head Bayern 2013 and Liverpool 2019 won it after being losing finalists.
