Eh ? My post was replying to Marvin who said it was full.
It was. I watched it when I realised they were losing. You could see the logo at the usual times but it was full.

You're another individual who spends too much time criticising other CIty fans, and making negative comments.

We have a culture of conformism in this country where there is a mainstream and then there is an 'extreme' which is either censored or vilified. That extends to football now where Manchester City are prosecuted and the club and fanbase are continually criticised.

The narrative I've heard today is that we are the only country in Europe who have 2 domestic cup competition.
Is it time to ditch the league Cup?
Well done Neil Ashton you deserve every penny you get

How can tickets being given out for free sell out ?
Technical argument. Whether they got 62k or 72k paying fans it's still a good crowd. The point is they are riding a wave of fan enthusiasm because their messiah has returned and we shouldn't be resorting to black ops and lies to hide from this. Man Utd are the establishment club the crown jewel of football's legacy. Man City the rebel club representing what is claimed as new money and Arab Sheikhdom. We are the Chelsea of the North. This is how it is presented. So if you conform to this view, its cool to support utd and uncool to support City.

So you had a good view of the top tiers then ?.... If posters on here continually spout shit I don't see the problem in criticising them. Btw, I'm a staunch defender of our fanbase, both in here and in the real world. Always will be.

So true

BBC's match thread. He wrote that he could see the CHES in white against the red seats
Tbf he posted that around 15/20 minutes before kick off.
The ground was full so let them retain their “we’ve got the most fans” trophy which is the reason many from around the country latch on to them.

Today's, D.Express - I wonder who the holders will play?

Carabao Cup draw in full as Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal discover opponents, Man Utd out

Just had a look at the Express Football ( sorry.....Manure ) Page on the Web. As per usual 22 Rag articles before City get a mention. The article on the Carabao Cup draw catches the eye : " Carabao Cup Draw in full as Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal discover opponents. Man Utd out "

It's getting more and more blatant form all the biggest media sports outlets as the season goes on. It's always been bad, but never this bad.

I'm far from being paranoid, but since Neil Ashton was head hunted by United to run their PR and Media department, the sports media in general have taken every opportunity to either have a go at City, or to completely ignore City. Coincidence?
Without doubt the anti City coverage on all media outlets has increased. We all know the forms it takes, subtle or direct hostility, ignoring us or undeserved praise for rivals and nearly every outlet is at it to some degree.
I wonder how it has come about.
A. Some sort of collusion.
B. A realisation by previously reputable outlets that it increases 'consumers' as much for good papers as it does for dim-witted tabloid readers.
C. It's all just a coincidence, albeit a bloody big one. And very unlikely.

Tyler was a disgrace last night, thank fuck I only watched the last 10 minutes - he was desperate for an equaliser.
Correct me if I'm wrong but did he (Tyler) say 'surely not' , when Mark noble was put clean through for a one on one with the 'keeper in the second half, and looking like putting West Ham 2-0 up....surely not!

Super copa de espania and copa del Rey are the two cup competitions in la liga.

I thought that he was referring to Nobles missed penalty at the end of the first game and that he was about to redeem himself.

As I've said previously, my lad teaches in Salford. Not sure how it is now he's in Ordsall but certainly when he was in Irlam they struggled to find pupils who wanted to go and teachers willing to accompany them.
