Rewatching the highlights on MOTD. Very, very excited to see Jesus, Kev, Foden, Grealish and Bernie play together again. The potential balance they bring in both attack and defence could be something special.

Just realised that if we had lost 1-0 we would now be seventh and six points behind Chelsea. That was a genuine six pointer in the traditional sense.

The morning after the night before and I have to say that was one of the finest displays in recent time, which says just how good it was.

We were magnificent and we could be even better , our front 3 were average and that's not a criticism , just a realisation of how good this team could get.

The intensity in the first half an hour was unreal. The trio on the right, Bernardo, Jesus and Walker, still got the ball into dangerous situations. Then, Chelsea dropped off, and the left came alive. Cancelo and Grealish started to carry the ball into the box with speed. I presume the game plan would be largely the same for the PSG and the Liverpool games. Although the starting eleven against Chelsea worked beautifully, they probably cannot keep up the intensity against PSG and Liverpool. Some rotation might be probably needed.

Tuchel considered a master tactician, where is the skill in plonking everyone behind the ball, and just looking to hit the space in behind, once or twice a half, see this time and again from so called elite coaches, it pretty basic
