It’s not quite a free hit this one, but not far off. I think he will rotate heavily.

The world will be watching this game, so I can’t possibly fathom that Pep wouldn’t put a very strong team

Peps not gonna alter his approach cuz the games on TV. League is way more important at this stage of the season anyway he will rotate heavily imo but still have a strong ish team

Pep always talks of momentum and winning all Champs Lge games, while I can see a few changes being made from the Chelsea XI, this is still going to be a strong side tonight. The beauty of having a squad with the depth of quality we have.

If the travelling party is 21. How do we manage to field 12 subs? Play a 332 formation? Someone tell me what I’m missing. My guess the team entry awaits sensible responses.

Pep will play a strong side imo with the exception of kdb and foden who both need to be managed after pretty much playing full games against Wycombe and Chelsea so soon after injury . Shame gundogan is injured we could have done with more rotation in midfield

Really hope we don’t pick up any injuries in the process but he will 100% want to win this game like he does every game. If PSG don’t win this game they are in for a struggle to even qualify.

We have 4 full days of recovery before Sunday’s game at Liverpool so the players should be capable assuming we get through this one unscathed. I expect the team to be:

Ederson
walker
dias
laporte
cancelo

rodri
bernardo
Grealish

mahrez
Torres
sterling

Be nice to stuff these and the tax dodging midget but I’d rather win at weekend. We will still easily get out of this group so it’s a bit of a nothing game really. Draw and leave plenty in the tank ideal

Not necessarily what team he picks, more about the style of play. We won’t press and engage anywhere near what we did on Sat, we will play a much slower game.

Doesn’t really have that much choice in the starting 11, pretty much nailed on that people like Stones, Dinho, Mahrez, Sterling and Torres will start, the rest will depend on how well they recovered from Sat and whether he feels they can be ready for the scousers after playing tonight. No way either of the two kids will start, so it has to be strong whatever.

Worth remembering too that we thankfully have 5 subs tonight so he can pick players with the sole intention of them only playing 45/60 mins.

Think we are definitely rotating for this one. Not wholesale changes but around 4, maybe 5. I won’t feel like this during the game I’m sure but right now I can say this game is really not important.

It'll be a strong team. Think we'll see Stones for Laporte and Mahrez in for Jesus but other than that same as Saturday.

If we beat PSG home and away that leaves them 3 games, two of which are against RB who scored 3 against, to qualify. Plus, if we win here and then beat Bruge we're through after 3 games and can rotate later.

Both KDB and Foden need minutes, they are likely to start and play 60-70 minutes. Grealish is guaranteed to start, he didn't come here to sit out the biggest CL games. Possible changes from Chelsea: Stones for Laporte, Mahrez for Bernardo.

In order to rest Bernardo or Kevin/Phil we may play with 3 CBs, but it's not likely.

This game will be watched all over the world, Pep ain't put a weakened team and risk a big loss. Besides, a win at the Etihad is not guaranteed either. There's less room for mistakes in the CL than in the PL.

We'll play to win. I think we'll play better than in April, but may still lose. Luck may help them this time around.
