Anyone who happily has a cozy chat with bell-end biggot Ben Shapiro, under the pretence of disagreeing politely and respecting differing opinions rather than admitting you're a click-bait attention whore, is an absolute ****.

Brand's man of the people, caring about the little person image, as he podcasts from his multi-million pound London house, is a fucking joke.

That's super interesting as a POV.

Does that mean Starmer, Sanders, Pelosi, Schumer and collective millionaire New Labour/Dems are "a fucking joke" as they all declare being for the people and often appear on TV/ podcasts?

Slate one, slate them all in the same position.

Unless, of course, you're being entirely selective in your criticism?

Strange that, innit, how people tend to forget/ ignore who else deserves the ire of the WML on here when it suits them?

You're usually smarter than this, Mr Munson.

Is that different to the shite Bigga posted?

LOL!!

I don't think you lot ever click when 'Russiagate' and 'Roe vs Wade' surfaces.

I posted MONTHS ago that Pelosi admitted in a 'celebratory' interview of her position in congress that she keeps 'RvW' in her back pocket to use at certain points against the GOP with voters, but you lot lap up the bullshit the MSM tell you!

Not re-posting it as it's on the forum and not my fault you and others are suckered by her actions every time.

A bit like 'supporting the Palestinians', but funding Israel's 'Iron Dome' crap!

You guys make me laugh losing your collective spines over this shit!

Is Russiagate a complete hoax or just an exaggeration?

My own view is that it was an exaggeration. Russia was involved in troll farms and disinformation, some low level operatives or oligarchs might have met Trump campaign members, surrogates or prospective cabinet members. But that doesn't mean there was a direct line of collaboration between the Russian Premier and Trump

It just means that corrupt politicians/businessman involved in graft on both sides of the Bering Sea tried to cut deals with each other.

The primary cure for the elite-driven, mass media communicated information disorder we observe here is unlikely to be more fact checking on Facebook. Instead, it is likely to require more aggressive policing by traditional professional media, the Associated Press, the television networks, and local TV news editors of whether and how they cover Trump’s propaganda efforts, and how they educate their audiences about the disinformation campaign the president and the Republican Party have waged.

It’s interesting this was published before the election last year, what the TV networks did in response to his big lie e.g. cutting him off and calling out his falsehoods directly, is what this paper advised as the solution and what they should have been doing much sooner.

They're not really similar at all though, are they?

Brand is all about his 'brand'. He's the worst sort of bedroom activist, made worse by the fact his bedroom is bigger than most people's houses.

He's a fraud. The irony of him wanting to tear down the capitalist system while asking us to buy his books and subscribe to his podcasts really shouldn't be lost on you.

Oh, I totally agree that it was an exaggeration and not the 'vote winning trope' people on here believe! What is clear is that Trump is not bright, but he also knows business to a knowledgeable degree, about deals done behind doors.

IF he, legitimately, had Putin's backing with election changing consequences, why would he scream to Russia to find Clinton's "30,000 emails" in order to move the election his way? That would be an 'anonymous tip that landed at his door'!

There's also the fact, these believers in 'Russiagate' seem not to understand the involvement big countries have in relation to other countries, i.e., every time the US is mentioned in how they, physically, get involved in regime change (up to 50 countries), this board plays deaf and blind.

Posters on here refuse to believe Trump won because people were disillusioned with the status quo, also underlined by the fall in support Biden is getting in polls for underdelivering... and returning to the status quo.

It is TRULY laughable!

This is nonsense. I'm not sure why you're trying to build upon your flimsy position.

Everything you accuse him of, you can attribute to those you, inexplicably, give a pass too!!

In the real world, Brand has been homeless, jobless, a junkie, a sex addict, been through recovery, been an arrested activist, been a comedian, an actor, gotten married x 2, had children, grown as a person and found peace within in himself. People have seen him fall and get up again.

He has a platform, he has a voice now, he has his own opinion. Asking for someone to subscribe (not exclusive to just his request on the internet) or buy his books is something he requires to earn a living. As far as I know, I've never heard him demand anything of anyone, but rather underline people have a choice to do so or not, very compassionately and politely.

Pretty sure that Brand wouldn't mind his taxes being used in the correct way whilst asking for global companies also to be taxed correctly.

What would you propose? He take his family back with him to be homeless, jobless and addicted on the streets?

What should his position be, Mr Munson...?

As I said, Mr Munson, you have really surprised me.

While Trump himself was a poor candidate IMO there is little doubt a number of voters took to him as the better of two evils because they were fed up with the status quo , they were going backwards fast under Obama and believed they had no future under Clinton to have their voice not only heard but their legitimate concerns addressed to their satisfaction.

Those who think otherwise can please themselves but Clinton pissed on the forgotten and didn't deserve to be elected.

Fancy a sociopath like Hilary being defeated by another one no wonder she never talked down Russiagate it was never her fault or the fault of her advisers (LOL).

Her answer I will write a book and tell "my side" of the story to make me feel better.

it was never about the poor and getting poorer under the one who was to liberate them it was about her and enough of the voters saw through her BS.

the democrats would have been better off with Sanders in 2016.

They were going backwards fast under Obama because Republican's were blocking him at every opportunity despite many of his policies directly benefiting historically Republican voters.

Sanders is/was only palatable to a small proportion of the voters and would never have stood a chance of tempting MOTR Republicans away from Trump in 2016.
