Too many rumour about us being linked to him, while getting him will be amazing. I don't want to get my hopes up, too many amazing rumour that ended up is too good to be true.

If Haaland is coming here, it's because his decision to do so. Same if he doesn't want to come here and there's nothing else we can do about it if he already making up his mind.
 
If people aren’t emotionally capable of dealing with a situation that could or could not happen, and choose denial over “getting my hopes up” or whatever, this probably isn’t the forum for you. Part of the fun is getting invested but knowing anything is possible. I’m 100% invested, I strongly believe it will happen, but ready to move on if it doesn’t. Our guys are more than used to signing superstars from their Barcelona days, they know how to handle it easily.

Yeah, Newcastle are miles away from attracting genuine top talent. Probably at least 4-5 years, thats if they are successful.

Newcastle fans are in for rude awakening if they think its easy even with lots of cash.

Eckner is legit source so who knows, maybe the board has realised its time we get top class striker and pay the required amount, so why not go for the best option in that case which is Haaland.

But they have not got the reputation to attract those talents. To gain that rep, they need to go through that average players on high wages stage.

Doesnt matter if they have studied or not, they cant force players to sign for them. and top talents wont, just like they did not for us.

Not even Kaka who was offered crazy money! Villa was the same.

Dumb buggers will probably try to swap him for Pogba, with their overinflated unjustified ego they might just think that it's a flyer.

Haaland will be wearing blue soon, I have no doubt about it.

I want us to sign him
I think we should sign him
I think he would join us if we paid the fee

however, I don’t think he’ll sign because;
I don’t think we’ll pay the agents fee
I don’t think we’ll pay the wages

the club seem to take the view if they pay massive agents fee and wages required for these superstar signings it will lead to us paying more for every signing in future, sets a benchmark
