Premier League Games 16/17/18 October

The joke made wasn’t in any way about the fan unfortunately taken ill, of course. Personally I don’t feel there are any circumstances that dictate humour should be set aside so long as the joke itself isn’t intended to be nasty and hateful, which this one clearly wasn’t.
You’re spot on. A joke is just a joke. The literal way a joke should be taken is, NOT SERIOUSLY! Bringing a bit of lighter feel to a situation.

Goes without saying but hopefully the fan pulls through.

With regards to the match, Newcastle fans take note. We lost our first game following the ADUG takeover 3-1 at home to Chelsea after taking the lead and look where we are now…….
A soulless club with plastic fans and an empty stadium?

I would say these lot are discernibly worse than we were at that point in time, having signed Kompany, Zabaleta, SWP and Robinho in advance of that game. Another reason why it will take Newcastle longer than it did us to become challengers.
I agree , wasn't Elano ,Hart Richards and Ireland, with us also we were miles better.

Yes we'd improved due to Thaskins money although still miles off the very top. Newcastle need to strengthen every position and it will take a long time now due to ffp.

The most annoying load of bollocks that's ever entered the game.
Why not replicate the time for the Physio being on the pitch (treating the poor lambs) with exactly the same amount of time the "injured player" has to spend off the pitch ?
The FA/Premier League can say it's for the players welfare, to ensure a complete recovery...

I find it hard to accept why someone would abuse their body, let themselves go,and put themselves at risk of an early death.

I'm not saying live like a monk or take fitness to the extremes that i do.....but find a balance,be moderate in your approach, and seek help/inspiration and advice if you struggle.

Start today,best of luck.
Good advice, the watchword should always be 'moderation in everything'.. of course, apart from despising The Red Filth. Oh, and The Scouse Red Filth. And you could throw in Arsenal while you're at it, too..
