Pogba - World class in his head, too many parts of his game missing to be considered in that bracket
Fernandes - Torn here, pretty immense stats but how many times has he showed up in a big game?
Rashford - Decent but will never be as good as they thought/hoped he was gonna be.
Sancho - They'll probably ruin him.
Greenwood - Looks the part to be fair
Ronaldo - Only genuine World Class player but team has to be set up around him to get the best out of him.

I'd agree with a lot of this, but given how poorly they play as a team it's almost impossible to even fairly judge individual players. Pogba in a 3 with good coaching and a system is entirely different to Pogba at United (see Juve or France). I suspect on a purely technical level there isn't actually much that separates Stones and Maguire, but the former looks like he is working hard, still learning and still improving where Maguire looks like his best years are behind him. Some of that is down to the player, but some of that is down to manager, coaches, players around them, facilities and everything else.

I think even with the best manager, though, their overall squad is really confusing and unbalanced and haven't really been signed with a coherent plan. They're playing a 4-2-3-1 which is giving up the whole of the midfield, and is a piece of piss to defend against, in order to squeeze Pogba, Ronaldo and Fernandes into the team.

How is putting two past Newcastle and 3 past Luxemburg world class ? Where was he vs Villa , Everton 2nd half when he played , Leicester ? Ronaldo is done, he will still score against small teams but in the big games against good teams he'll be caught lacking unless they get penalties , then he will score. If I'd have a choice I'd take Cavani over Ronaldo anyday. Cavani doesnt score as often as Ronaldo but thats because he doesn't sit in the box waiting for tap ins all game , he actually runs , tracks backs , passes the ball to someone in a better position so on.
Greenwood is very overrated, he has good shooting skills but besides that he is useless , he shoots from every position every time he can , obviously some are going to go in. He's just a younger Ronaldo trying to score for himself , completely useless for team play.

They seemed to be a much more dangerous side when Cavani played and benching him to accommodate side show Ron to please the attending day trippers, it’s really messed them up as a team. Cavani at least presses and can link play up, they now play with two passengers in the team in Pogba and CR37 which is knocking a lot of other players games off. Where’s Bruno these days the rags were saying he was better than Kev last season. He’s finally been found out now they have tightened up on all those daft VAR penalty calls they got over the last 18 months.

Yep. Slowly and inexorably sinking into the mire of the tepid mediocrity from which they came.
The bullying pisscan being in a position to pick and choose which players he wants without having to consider other clubs, deciding which referee he will allow to take charge of their games, and sticking two fingers up to the BBC when they dared to ask a few questions he didn't like - and now everything is quietly catching up with them: chickens coming home to roost.
Without Riley, Howard Webb, Clattenburg and others they would not have enjoyed a microcosm of the success they bought and paid for back in the early 90's. Keane and Scholes being allowed to maim any opposition player without fear of legal retribution, the despotic Glaswegian ensuring the ref calls time only if and when his club wants it.

I sincerely fucking hope that once I have digested the mountainous bowl of jelly and ice cream I shall consume when that corrupt çunt is dead that the truth about him and his sordid dealings becomes public knowledge.

My take on it is that when they play with 2 DMs, as they did most of last season their back four is protected somewhat.
When just one and Pogba, the flaws in that 4 are exposed.
Bissaka, can tackle but is a ball watcher who is often caught out positionally.
Shaw, doesn't recover well, slow off the mark, though decent pace over 30yds, weak defending when forwards go inside.
Back 4 never narrow enough for top level defending, though i guess that is down to, fernandes, greenwood, Rashford, Ronaldo, not wanting to work defensively.

What a bunch of absolute bellends, does this mean extra police protecting the Liverpool coach as they had a go at stopping that last May, plus more round the ground? Taking police away from more important police work just because these wank stains don’t like their team being shit.

how can they have any complaints about how much has been made available to them for transfers and wages,they have pissed millions up the wall in recent years on players and manager compensation pay offs, all this protesting is down to one thing and thats them looking over their shoulders and seeing City moping up titles and the only retaliation they can do is complain in the form of a protest, when we got taken over the main rival we had to knock off the perch was them and we used shock and awe to do it,the Tevez transfer and the Wembley semi and the countdown ticker when we won the tittle realy knocked the stuffing out of them and that much stuffing they wont come back for many years, its not the glaziers,Ole or anyone else there its City who created there downfall engineered off the pitch as well as on it
