The expression i hate the most is false number 9 why dont we say it as it is,No striker.The two rag players that cause us the most problems are Pogba and McTominay so no Pogba our defenders must keep McTominay out of the game .For us certainly no sterling, he has cost us a lot of derbies by just being himsel Ifear the worst, I can not recall all of our teams having such a bad run of results The ladies and the acadamies.We must bring it all to an end ourselves.Kevan is not himself but he must play,To be honest what is grealish adding to the team without a striker what is the point of playing two wide men but our main advantage is that they will be trying desperately to win that might leave us some space.I hate to say it but they looked a lot better against spurs than we did against palace, read. into this what you will
 
Does anyone know why this is a 12:30 ko on Saturday? Cant remember the last time this happened for our Derby, its usually a 4pm ko on a Sunday
 
We couldn't have this game in any worst possible moment. Stakes are higher with us failing to win on Saturday, but so the victory should be much sweeter. Actually happy rags beat tot, so Ole at the wheel continues. Come on City!
P.S. Palmer needs to start on Wed
 
Also 12 30 a sensible time for policing as people not on piss all day before kick off.

I think it was selected by Sky as a Package B first choice game, which are normally in the late Saturday slot, but GMP presumably asked for the earlier kick off due to not wanting a late Saturday game to manage (which is understandable). So the game is on Sky when it would normally be on BT at that time and the late game is on BT.
 
give a prematch presser to someone else than Pep. dont want to listen how great United are and how good for City to be fighting with them toe to toe but only in last 7-8 years.

our record recently is dog shit in PL vs them. Last two seasons we lost 3x, draw 1x of 4 games. both home games we lost actually.

they will raise their games but we need to raise ours both mentally and tactically as well especially in creating good chances and scoring and cutting out stupid mistakes at the back.

for Chelsea and Liverpool it will be pretty much 6 points total, home and away wins vs these jokers.
 
maybe mentioned already but wasnt there a clear change this season that club plays Wed evening in CL will not be put for the Saturday 1230 slot?
wouldnt surprise me if we are the only club that happens out of the 6x midweek CL rounds.
 
We'll win this. We'll dominate the ball and the movement of foden, Gabby and Bernardo will cause havoc for the overrun utd midfield.
 
Reckon United will approach this the way Chelsea did in the CL Final, complete with the 5 at the back they used against Spurs. Soak it up and shithouse their way forward on the break, front two being Rashford and Ronaldo with Bruno in behind.

Sit Fernandinho or Rodri nice and deep instead of whatever we pulled back in May and we should be OK in dealing with it. Scoring ourselves against yet another deep set back line is another matter entirely…
 
We are the better team by a long way. A level playing field and we destroy them.

However, we are a bent ref away from getting battered and the Rag's 'turning another corner'. Let's not forget how good it would be for the 'product' with a competitive Manchester U****d.

Fear we will get turned over in some capacity or another.

There's no way they are turning up against us as they did against Liverpool.

As they have previously shown, they struggle with the ball and will be happy to go long and hit balls into the channels.

Take our chances, first and foremost.
