Agree with that. It was the most pedestrian midfield he’s fielded against us. Just surprised he never managed to find space for Matic as well.

The same situation they are in now, he’s done nothing in the league. Maybe helped them out in a weak c/l group.
 
Peps played a blinder there. A nice 1-0 penalty win next game and he should be okay for the foreseeable. Annihilate them but keep the scoreline respectable was always the way to go. If only the cultists could have been as considerate we could be looking at him being on solid ground right now. Their smashing of the scum was like finding a loophole for free money where everybody can take a bit and we're all laughing then some dick comes along takes too much it gets flagged and the loophole is closed spoiling it for everyone.

Van deerr beeeky had a runabout chasing the ball.
De gea was their teams man of the match.
It's a bit unfair to apportion blame for the second goal as his defenders were thinking about half time snacks.

Ole had 3 games to save his job. It was best out of 3.

Ole won 1, drew 1 and lost 1, which on the face of it might not be good enough. However, the aggregate score was 5-4. Success !. Ole at the wheel.
