Im not saying he should go there but rather there than broke barca
Literally not a single player on the planet would choose Newcastle over Barcelona

Hope Pep keeps him on the right for a fair few runs off games, and especially with Torres/Jesus in the #9, just looks so much more comfortable there at the minute. No fucking about, just drop shoulder past his man and drive into the box.. just needs a target in the 6yrd. Nothing fancy, keep it simple till he confidence is flying again..Such a load of bollocks in this thread , i will piss myself if he signs a new deal
If we were the buying club then the selling club would happily stick a little City tax on so I'd say about £200m :-)If we were looking to buy Raheem now, how much should we offer?
The correct answer would be the release clause! If we were the buying club then the selling club would happily stick a little City tax on so I'd say about £200m :-)
Yep, said it a couple of days ago on this thread or the other, forget which, that I'd take anything around 50m due to a couple of factors. Mainly his diminishing contract length. The correct answer would be the release clause!
Realistically, I’d be happy with anything around the £50m mark
I would rather question our transfer strategy if we are looking to buy sterling now I'm this formIf we were looking to buy Raheem now, how much should we offer?

It has to be for one of their better players. They have a wage budget of watford this coming season if rumours are to be believed. It's just how he goes. Can they afford a £45-50m fee for him? Will they try and give us a fringe player in return like Dembele? Or will they be serious and get a star off their wage bill (FDJ please) and potentially get a little something from us as a profit like the Cancelo/Danilo deal?
The problem with that is Sterling would probably prefer to sit tight at the best club in the world collecting huge wages and leave for a free at the end of his contract and bag even more money for himself than risk going to a team who are in danger of being relegated.if the player is unhappy and wants a move then sell
if newcastle are after him then we now use the super tax and triple the asking price
i heard Barcelona want him on a free hahahahahahahahahahah
The club will no doubt be looking after themselves by offering him one.Fact is, he doesn't deserve a new contract. Its very simple.

Plus, living in Barcelona or Newcastle? Don't think anybody is that daft are they?
He has been playing though and will continue to do so whilst he's part of our squad.sitting on a contract and not playing just picking your wages up sends out the wrong message to other clubs that he could the same at there club. sterling is not the world class player everybody in the media make out to be and fluff's many chances in games. in the big games you need to be taking the one chance you get and sadly sterling misses
i think he is a great player to have when the game won and send him on after 60 minutes to run at the defences
but pep does not like to carry anybody and you have to offer him and show something week in week out
i would take £40 million for him or £60 million from newcastle

We can't accept anything from Newcastle if he refuses to go there.

Like Milner and Sane in recent times I very much doubt he will sign it though.
