Details are limited, but it seems that a car bomb has gone off outside Liverpool women's hospital with at least two fatalities.

When they said taxi I wondered if it was a electric one gone bang.Looking at the proximity of the other cars and the damage (or lack of) to them, I doubt it was a bomb.

It could have been one of those Johnny Cabs!!!When they said taxi I wondered if it was a electric one gone bang.
11th hour of theFor it to happen at 11am on rememberence Sunday seems a bit too coincidental, but time will tell
If it was, it was a very small one that I doubt would have injured anyone except the occupants or someone stood close to the taxi.Looking at the proximity of the other cars and the damage (or lack of) to them, I doubt it was a bomb.

In Merseyside
By Merseyside dibble.
Nah, I can only think that the Manchester Anti Terrorist cops decided something had to be done and nipped over the border.
No reason it couldn't have gone off by accident.Seems a very strange place to target though if it was anything like that (although the fact that counter-terrorism police are involved would suggest it was), but of all the places, why the car park of a women's hospital in Liverpool? Surely they'd do it close to one of the hundreds of services at cenotaphs anywhere up and down the country?
