Guess no one in the media asked Carrick if he thought he should have been put in charge due to him coaching now under 2 sacked managers so he was part of the problem.

I don't think they have a clue. I can't think of an experienced out of work manager out there who'd go there in the short term except Bruce and Allardyce. I think they're praying Carrick hits the ground running and they can drag it out; ntil the end of the season

with the new setup in the premier league with £100million for just being in it could the old manchester city compete with the top 4. for me its still a closed shop the top 4 and even newcastle will find it hard breaking into the top 4 with FFP rules

manchester city are built to last and was the last of the sleeping giants to win the lotto and the elite put a stop to anybody else doing it

Spot on mate. Add in that their entire transfer policy of late seems to have been dictated to by the media rather than scouting. Joke of a club run by clowns. And I fucking love love love it to paraphrase Keegan.
 
The reason why we are playing PSG on Wednesday is that they didn't win their league. Bearing in mind there is only them in it Pochetino did a crap job.
I am more than happy for him to go there, ok they may get top 4 most years but they will be nowhere near us.
