It depends what metric you are using when you make your decision. No one mentioned anything about living in the city, you might make your decision based on where is best to spend a long weekend city break?

The world’s most liveable city is a completely different thing.

London is great when young and single. Beyond 30 you run the risk of turning into the lads from Peep Show. The anonymity/facelessness of the place is cool in your 20s but can easily see how that may turn to loneliness and disheartened as you reach a certain age
