did not have a good game today. he tried to force too much as he was trying to get a record. If it is between him and Haaland it does not have much in it, there are pros and cons. In the league there will not be much difference in fact I think Dusan might suit us better. But if we are thinking CL it has to be Haaland all day
 
Watching videos of him and watching him tonight, I think he’d be brilliant in the premier league he’s very strong he bullied that defender tonight to set up that equaliser.

He’s also got brilliant awareness most of his goals are from his movement to get away into space where all he has to do is finish nothing spectacular just normal goals. Almost like a poacher. that’s why his stats are up there. The videos that show all his goals show this, a few amazing ones but most them are from his movement to get away from a defender make space and finish.

Hes perfect for us he’s like a younger Kane. His awareness in the box would be brilliant for our team with the amount of creators we have. Plus being as strong as he is. our wingers can run off him as he can take up to two defenders out of play. We’d probably see the best of Raz again.

Watch his goals he’s just at the right place at the right time.

he's not particularly cheap, by the way. if he comes here and fails that's a lot of wasted money.

I agree he will be brilliant in the league. but in the CL Haaland can be a X-factor though

The defending in that video is repeatedly terrible.

The concern for me is whether that space is there to exploit for us. Whenever we sign an attacker they really have to come to grips with playing against a constant low block. We compress the space in attack so much and everyone is so terrified that little clever movements can just be met by the next defender. And we ask our striker to be consistently outnumbered 2 or 3 to 1 in central positions while we try to create overloads out wide. In my view a great striker for our system instinctively attacks cut backs and crosses and can generate power quickly as the shooting spaces are fleeting
