Our recovery time should be less than other teams, due to the way we play.

Brentford are a good side and anything less than 95% will see us struggle.

Rodri won't play tonight, he'll be saved for Arsenal, Pep will want to win there, with the master v apprentice stuff! Ferni and Gunny will be our midfield.

Hopefully Brentford won't be at full strength and we can control the game and our energy levels for Arsenal.
By the looks of it Brentford will struggle to put a team out, admittedly I know absolutely nothing about their team but they do look to be down to the bone.

Not wishing to jinx anything but he seems to be quietly coming good at arse. Got control of the dressing room by putting the odd dickhead back in their box and bringing the youngsters on.

I would have concerns about playing both Zinchenko and Cancelo. They both go forward pretty well and both push into midfield but When Zinchenko plays Cancelo plays as a more traditional full back which nullifies some of his strengths. He’s nowhere near as good as a defender as Walker but he’s a better defender than Zinchenko.

I’d like to see Ake at left back and Cancelo right. Means Cancelo can push on and Ake plays as a more traditional left back. We could also use the extra height against Brentford.
Cancelo played pretty well at Newcastle and also managed to get forward a little bit

after liverpool lose last night this is now a biggest game of the season and city should go strong in the line up
show intent.. show we are champions and put a stamp on the season and league table. we show how much the title means to manchester city and this is the level you have to reach

no away game in the premier league is a given and respect and home work will be done by pep and the players
brentford will be right up for this and the city players will have to earn the points like always

It will be tough tomorrow. They will have seen how Leicester cut through us and have the players to do something similar. I can't see us getting away with another iffy performance. We'll need to be at our best to win.
6 goals in a Premier League game was an "iffy performance"?
