Well last night I was transported back to 1983...."And Smith must score"
Oh deary me!

I sat and watched that last night and was reminded of the Leicester game. I posted shortly after that and suggested that Matip looked the most likely player to do anything that night. Sadly it was the same again last night.
Sadly?????????????????...it was fucking hilarious!

FSG are more concerned about the proposed strike by their MLB team than the dippers.

I'm sure their Scientologyesque fan base will love that...

Liverpool's midfield:

Fabinho: 28
Milner: 36
Henderson: 31

But it's all down to City's spending.

Liverpool are fortunate that this League Cup tie is still alive because had Arsenal played with 11 men on the counter for 90 minutes, the tie would be over.
If it hadn't been for the decisions in the game against Leicester, they wouldn't have got this far.

No idea but they hate our little bunny

He means not staying in his position and stealing a few yards to get closer to Van Dijk.

Bernado is gambling basically by risking leaving his natural position in the hope of dispossessing Van Dijk.

It's a pretty common phrase in football tbh and doesn't have a negative meaning in this context.

Bernardo gambling and abandoning his covering position to get to VVD quicker. It's a pretty common word to use in football.
I’ve never heard the term cheating being used to express that but by all means have a stick up your ass about it

hard to convey tone over text
