He was fine imo, bit slow/heavy maybe. Was never gonna retain his place in our squad when we started signing the likes of Tevez, Adebayor, Santa Cruz(that turned out well didn't it) and later Edin, Mario and Kun.

But the surprising aspect is how he went to clubs that made him fade in to relative obscurity and then many years later ending up in good clubs in a pretty strong league. All credit to him

True mate but Diaz is such a talent with his pace etc and that’s where them twats always hit us with? A front 3 of salah, mane and Diaz is going to be extremely potent. Hopefully we get Haaland to respond though.
