It's not a battle or a race if you have previously stated Haaland only wants Madrid.
Especially so, as you think City would have got that memo. Pep and City only want players who want to play for us.

Changed your tune son,Creeping fear in the back of the mind - especially if they put some good form together and solidify their top 4 chances.
fair fucking play to this guy!
Thanks for the update, none of us have seen this before!Never heard of this geezer, but,Sergio Valentin, who works for Madrid based outlet Liberta Digital, reckons the Haaland deal is 80% in our favour.
I haven't seen anything come out of Madrid to suggest we're in pole position. Thanks for the update, none of us have seen this before!
But no journalist who is reliable (Samuels etc) has anything as yet to say about this being a done deal. News that big gets out. And someone will put their name behind reporting it.Don't think Stu is reliable anymore.

Has he agreed "personal terms?" Could be. And he can always agree personal terms with Madrid tomorrow for twice as much.
I doubt anything will come out of City and maybe not Dortmund, but other clubs will be queuing up to distance themselves from any interest as soon as they get wind of any agreement with us.Will they though, we know how silent City do deals. Julian Alvarez for example , Bernardo Silva, Dias the list goes on. Info rarely gets leaked. City Journalists had no clue about Alvarez until one Argentina source broke it on the day it was agreed.
Manchester United are ready to hijack the deal to sign Erling Haaland. The player has put a halt on all other negotiations in light of United’s interest. It won't be close until the press are reporting the rags are hijacking the deal
Hollywood signing wanted by 8+ clubs has ups and downs, shocker. Needs two hands to count how many they’ve taken off us in recent years.Changed your tune son,

Yep. People on forums are fans, "Erling says yes!" from a friend of a family member of the man himself could mean anything at this state of negotiations and can be blown up or cooled down by anyone into anything more. But no journalist who is reliable (Samuels etc) has anything as yet to say about this being a done deal. News that big gets out. And someone will put their name behind reporting it.
