They're not all donkeys, it's how they're trained & coached that's the main reason for the fuck ups. Someone like Fred under Pep at the time we were looking at him I think would have made a decent player, good enough for us long-term is more up in the air but, there's a player inside him.

Of course then there's players like Mangala/Maguire thank fuck we missed out on him.
