Happy with the totally deserved win. Not the best game of football we've ever played but the conditions didn't help with that. Totally rag tv coverage from the BBC. Don't think I've ever seen so many crowd shots of one set of supporters or glimpses of the away team's manager with no equla coverage for the home team before.

You'll have to help me out, what was the word I was trying to use?

I fucking checked and have a grammar checker installed lol

Edit
It's specific isn't it lol fuck me :(

I knew it was wrong as well.
I remember reading an ex City player saying that lovely Old Joe Mercer told him "I`ve got a pacific role for you today" to which the player casually said to Joe "I take it I`ll have oceans of room then".
Players falling over themselves laughing like fuck in the changing room and poor old Joe didn`t understand his error.

Well it took me a while as well tbh lol

I understood you fully, that is why I said she could play the role but we would lose more than we would gain from switching her from a more attacking role.

She really could play anywhere bar CB, skillful and tough as old boots.

I'm not sure what has happened to Walsh, she used to be more involved but you wonder if she is playing to specific instructions?
Worth Bering with.

it's a great goal, but there's something fundamentally wrong with women's football if players are able to chip keepers from 30/40 yards because they're too short to easily save it because the goals are too big for them.

It's like school when you got to play with full size goals or just cones so you'd just twat it over the keeper's head and just claim a goal. Total mismatch.

If it is fundamentally wrong why is it nearly a year to the day since she last did it?

I'm 5ft 7" and played in goal, I didn't get chipped to the best of my knowledge, certainly not as an adult anyway. I am sure the taller Roebuck will not be phased by full-size MEN's goals.
