Is VVD beginning to show his age?

I think so. Just beginning to lose some of his physical prowess. Still no. 1 defender in the Premier League imo but his game is beginning to fray. Note I am not saying his game has gone but that he's past his peak.

Not quite the same since that injury - to be expected as he's no spring chicken anymore.
 
Not sure it's been mentioned and it sounds daft because I don't think they're quite as good as they were 2 years ago, but these fuckers could end up doing the quadruple. Hopefully the fixture pile-up does for them and they end up with fuck-all!
 
Watching last night with a dipper fan and we were saying what a shit game it was but BT were saying the opposite, not a shot on target from either team until they scored.
We were saying Fletcher must have been on the piss if he thinks this is anything other than crap.
We were laughing and wondered if they were watching the same match as us it was that far from the truth.
How Terence Trent Derby escaped the hook when the subs were made I'll never know he was shocking and looking like he didn't give a fxxk.
They might win league cup but they not winning anything else on that performance.

I thought they were average at best but inter's decision making/final ball in the final 3rd was much worse.

Noticed he said it’s even more satisfying to win when you are in a tough game, the implication being obvious. Personally I preferred our Tuesday night stroll (not that I watched the dippers last night)

Well following our first attempt of qualification for top four against spurs in 2010, we are the only premier league team to qualify for the champions league spot every single year.

Unlike our mighty rivals scum, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal (oh yeah, the historic top 4) we don't do the Europa league.

So that pisses all over the green shoots of that particular narrative.
