Reading the comments about 'cheats', those Liverpool fans should consider the spending policy of their owners. City's recent transfer spending is financed by revenue from winning trophies. For example, Liverpool and City earned around £100m for appearing in the Champions League final. City ploughed that revenue back into the football club whereas Liverpool repatriated the money to their owners.

Funny to read the comments on RAWK,apparently it’s City’s wealth that’s to blame for them losing to Leicester and eventually the title,they sort of see themselves as the saviours of English football fighting the City evil oil empire,they console themselves with it when they lose,one joker on there said I hope City win the next 10 titles to show everyone what a farce it’s become,all I can say is where were Liverpool before City got the investment,they hadn’t won a title for 30 years,honestly never heard so much bitterness in my life.

They weren't playing Manchester City last night. They were playing Leicester and lost because they created so few chances against a much-weakened side, missed the few chances they did create, and TAA and VVD defended really poorly against Lookman.

They have 41 points from 19 games. At that rate they'd get 82 points over a full season which is short of what you usually need to win titles. They should concentrate on the shortcomings of their own side, and also look at the lack of investment in their own side that has left them with an ageing squad.
