They do, if it still works. They call it dead hand. Otherwise even if Putin issues the launch order it requires someone else to actually action it. You’ve got to think someone telling them to launch because they said something nasty about me will probably just laugh and tell him to fuck off.

doubt it,if there that prepared to fight there not going to give half the country up,it might suit Ukraine to ceasefire then regroup and then break the agreement and in that break the west get the arms in
