Russia’s military budget is similar to ours yet their armed forces are ten times bigger. The implication is that they can’t be anywhere near as well armed or well trained as many smaller militaries in the west. If you think about it it’s no real surprise they’re a shambles when up against well organised opposition.What is going on with the Russian troops, these aren’t hardened combatants, they can’t even move in formation.

I accept robust protocols engaging multiple individuals will be in place in the States, the UK, China and France. I suspect Russia’s will more closely resemble North Korea’s. Dont expect Putin will have to jump through too many hoops. And the danger is that he’s completely deranged.
