I know they’ve been saying they are looking at a list of 100 more to add to it. The issue is why are they taking so long to do it though, they’re allowing them all time to move their assets.

Polliticians don't really want to upset their oligarch mates they just want to get rid of Putin. Sanctions etc are against Putin not the Russian people. That encompasses oligarchs that are mates with Boris etc too I think.
