But I made the right decision to jump ship and become a sky blue in 2008!!!

My biggest worry is that this could end up with a way for the 5th place club to get access to the champions league next season.

Season tickets and already paid for tickets are ok and obviously the sale of the club is on hold.
If the Ukraine crisis continues into the close season Chelsea will be fucked.
