Utd or Barca written all over Neymar. He's been desperate to return to Barca ever since leaving and I doubt they'll be arsed about getting him back if it makes them look good.
Shame because he is so good but never really fulfilled his potential by going to PSG. He was top 3 in the world at Barca.

Surprised about the opinions on Neymar.
I wouldn’t want him at City because he’s not a good fit for several reasons, but he’s still a world class footballer. It’s just a shame he’s spent many of his peak years with an utterly dysfunctional club, but don’t let it cloud your judgement of the individual. Whiny sponge he might be, but absolute top player.

Mo Salah's agent has appeared to laugh off Jurgen Klopp's suggestion that the ball is in Mo Salah's court over a new Liverpool contract. Klopp said the club cannot do any more.
He's an elite player regardless of what you think of him. We don't need him but let's not act like he wouldn't be amazing under Pep. Very few as talented footballers like him left, he never took PSG as serious, and neither did they do enough to build around him.
I didn’t mention his football ability, my inference was the only people who would get excited about him coming to City are kids who put more stock in big names and brands than they do in the important things like is he a good fit for the team on and off the pitch.
Experience tells me it’s a big fat no and I’ll politely disagree with you on thinking he’d be amazing under Pep. My own thoughts are Pep wouldn’t want him anywhere near the club.
He’s a fantastic player when he wants to be, youd have to be silly not to recognise that but not all fantastic players would make great signings.
