Tolmie do you reckon City would sign Salah? A Liverpool fan in work today that writes about Liverpool, said that Salah is a massive family man and doesn't see him leaving England as his family is settled, from what he's heard about the contract issues is that Salah would actually go to another prem team it's been said in their discussions with the Liverpool board.

I thought he would go to PSG or Madrid, but family is massive to Salah and his family are settled in England. Do you reckon City would try with a bid.

Zero chance. There is no relationship between the two clubs and we would not bail them out.

The thing with him going to united. From looking at what Liverpool fans are saying Salah wants guarantees that the team he is at can challenge/win trophies, United can't really guarantee that.

Oh dear. Doesn't he live in Prestbury now? If the Rags are not suitable it only leaves on convenient option.

It won't happen but imagine if we signed Salah and Haaland this summer.

Think this too, no chance of them wanting to sell to us, or us even trying. Huge prestige on the table as well. Wouldn't rule it out next summer though, if he would actually leave on a free (which I dont think he will).

I'm expecting 1-3 out and 2 in. Uneducated guess suggests one or more of Bernardo, Jesus, Sterling, Laporte are all potentially out (of their own choosing).
Will be heartbroken if Bernardo leaves but will wish him the best. I think Mahrez and Gundo will extend. Ins a striker (Haaland please!) and another. DM or full back seem obvious, but knowing City, they'll sign another attacking player instead .

Imagine if Salah and Sterling both ran their contracts down and then swapped clubs…

It is true. We have been trying to make moves on James for a while. His contract isn't the best.

I would temper expectation to the extent I think Chelsea's demise is well overblown and they will have a new rich owner very soon.

If the Candy brothers buy Chelsea, they will be playing in a new stadium on the outskirts of London. Stamford Bridge will be luxury flats before you can say ‘Abramovich Out’.
