So if an owner and income mean a club can spend £500m in one transfer window without taking it into debt, that’s fine. If a richer owner than ours comes along and they spend £800m in one window then fair enough.

But if a club has £400m of debt loaded onto it, or a huge stadium to pay for, then tough shit, they’ll have to sign free transfers from league 1.

It should be exactly as if you have £1m in the bank, you can go out and buy a new Range Rover, no worries. But if you have about £200 and thousands of pounds in credit card debts and a mortgage, you can’t. Why doesn’t football operate that way?

Why is it that the Glazers can pile £400m debt on rags but they’re allowed to buy Sancho and pay Ronaldo millions a month? But if we tried to sign Haaland, Rice and Mbappe in summer there would be an outcry about us ruining football. I genuinely don’t understand, unless it’s purely down to jealousy, tribalism and racism.

They never say how we will get 50+1 either. Newcastle, the last club to be sold cost 300 million. 51% of that is 151 (ish) mill. How do normal Geordies find that kind of money plus....
Who is going to then stump up the rest and then be a minority owner. Can you imagine the problems buying Haaland. 51% of the club want him but 25% are only willing to pay him 100k per week, 25% will pay him any amount and 1% were on holiday and forgot to do a postal vote.

I was under the impression they’d spent about £75m on one defender and a world record fee for a goalkeeper but no, they’re obviously plucky underdogs.

If 50+1 it's so perfect and wonderful why have Bayern Munchen dominated Bundesliga Football for well over a decade?

And why are Bayern Munchen allowed to hoover up the best players from other Bundesliga clubs without any competition?

Only thing this survey is good for is that it reinforces the fact that supporters of the 2 red placcy clubs are sad bellends (like the instigator), and have the time in their sad little lives to fill out the loaded questionnaire

United got 50+ consecutive FA Cup matches shown on TV. I wonder what financial advantage that's given them when they say each televised game can earn a club £250k.

Also imagine the uproar if Sky tried to buy a stake in us... Because that's exactly what BSKYB tried to do with United during their pomp.

Sergio saying yesterday to his Argentinan followers you would not believe how much of the press are United fans. Oh we know well Kun.. we know very well.

Then there is the hateful 8 to that came for us after CAS.. We're not done with them yet. Be funny if Newcastle break FFP and we go after them

If you want a laugh , go on the Echo LFC pages , its a great place for anything MCFC they mention us every day , they are obsessed , try replying in their comments and you will recieve a load of abuse from plastic Dippers who couldnt find Klanfield with a sat-nav , ive got them frothing at the mouth on several occasions.
Every reply received includes one of the following "six times" , "Emptihad" "Oil money" and "state owned" ,its City Bingo with a few insults thrown in for good measure , suprisingly some of them can even spell words with more than four letters.
