Muffin or Barm

Watching a programme with Freddie Flintoff in, he’s from Preston and he called it a Chip Barm
I’m from South Manchester and I call it a Barm.
From South Manchester all the way to Preston it’s known as a Barm.

End of discussion
Lots of migrant's from down South moving in to South Manchester to Preston area bringing their weird delict with them is there.

I was in the chippy at tea time and there was a big sign for chip muffins, and some numpty still asked for a chip barm, the awkward twat.

Why are you drinking tea in a chippy?

Oh, you mean dinner, when you could have had that barm with your chips?

Try ringing a restaurant up later and ask them if you can book a table for tea...

I'm sure they will point you in the direction of a tea room to go with your fucking muffin.

Tea is eaten at teatime, and I was in a chippy, not a restaurant. And they had muffins on the menu, not barms. You nitpicking ****; )

Tea is drunk from a cup, High Tea is served with scones and MUFFINS if you go to one of those cheaper places where they don't do cucumber sandwiches but put jam in them instead.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It really is this simple.

Not as simple as you, admittedly, you fucking barmpot ;)

Tea time, I'd say all day long, but it's not, it's just Tea time :-)
