Yeah for sure, but I meant would year 1 be a bit of a struggle as he's learning Pep's style. Seems like this has happened for a few of your players. Written off (by the media and outsiders) in year 1 before storming back in year 2 fully acclimatised to the system.

It'll be interesting to see how he settles if he comes in. The positive thing for us is that for the first time in what seems like years is that we've actually got a pre season this year with there being no international tournament. I think this is only the second time we've had a full preseason with all the players since Pep's been here, gives us plenty of time to work on tactics and fitness for the start of the season.

Unfortunately the world of football doesn't work that way. It's not about the passion for the club your play anymore.

I'm afraid Real Madrid is still the king of allure for majority of player today, like i said it should be treated as surprise that Halaand choose to join us despite the allure and they can afford to offer to anything that Halaand wants.
