Extremely unlikely that he goes for £40m & although a superb dead ball specialist he would be behind Mahrez & Kev on free kicks, would be similar to Bruno stats at the rags once trannyboy signed

He seems a fairly intelligent footballer who could probably fill in at right back if needed too.

Ward Prowse and Mason Mount are nowhere near the level to be in squad they wouldn't even make the bench.

Both "good" players. Not the level to play for us though. And before anybody says "Mason Mount is a Champions League winner"...Their are numerous bang average players that have won it.

He seems to have gone backwards for me this season, I don't know if it's a hangover from his injury but at the moment I think we'd possibly struggle finding a Championship club that would rely on him.

Agreed, the only reasons we wouldn't go in for him would be costs and the fact that we don't have space for him in his normal position.

I agree,he lacks mobility and can be very clumsy,his decision making on the ball is also frustrating.On the plus,he is still equally capable of a thunder bolt and/or a tap in.

I wouldn't judge him too much at present,as that was a long lay off and coupled with growth he is still finding his game.

Which new owner though? They have had 3 deadlines been and gone already??

He’s only got 2 years left on his contract. Didn’t know that thought they had renewed Mount on a new deal.

Fair enough. I was thinking we’d play him on the wing if he came here. Grealish and Foden are superior players.
