Ward Prowse and Mason Mount are nowhere near the level to be in squad they wouldn't even make the bench.

Both "good" players. Not the level to play for us though. And before anybody says "Mason Mount is a Champions League winner"...Their are numerous bang average players that have won it.

Ward-Prowse would absolutely be a fine addition to our squad once Fernandinho goes, as long as he knows he will be a fill in option.

He is tactically aware in both the 6 and 8 roles and can take set pieces better than 98% of his fellow professionals.

If we could get him for £40m, I’d do it tomorrow.

Mount I’m less arsed about. The guy is talented. He wouldn’t improve us significantly, but there are worse players we could sign.
 
Two first half goals for the lad. Nice going. Excited to see how our front line shapes up next season.

Fabien Delph was nowhere near the level either, yet looked what happened when he had some elite coaching.

Ward Prowse could be an excellent addition.

No room at the inn for Mount either way.

Extremely unlikely that he goes for £40m & although a superb dead ball specialist he would be behind Mahrez & Kev on free kicks, would be similar to Bruno stats at the rags once trannyboy signed
 
Ward-Prowse would be fine in our squad if he was prepared to be a squad player (he should aspire to being more but...). I do think his game would be elevated playing for City.

With five subs coming, we can accommodate a slightly bigger squad.

He wouldn't be my ideal Dinho replacement but I'm not sure who would be. Ward-Prowse could be used to fill n for any of our central midfielders.

One of my big hopes for next season is that we will have more goals in us and get into to commanding positions earlier more often and be able to withdraw players like KDB from games well before the end of them in oredr to keep them fresher.
 
Pep would so use him at RB at somepoint, in the 'cancelo' role and i think he'd be pretty deadly at it tbh.
