Ticket Loyalty Points

Am also still waiting for my fa cup scheme points. How many are we supposed to get for it (platinum)? With the league Cup scheme points where they added it says gold rather than platinum but looks like there are multiple entries like they've added again to correct, but then I'm sure my loyalty points total has barely gone up since start of season but very difficult to check that as never made a note of what I was on. Have suspected some errors in past as others who've been to same number of games to me pretty much seem to have pulled away on points somehow

200 points per cup scheme / competition Platinum. Plus 20 points per home Cup game (added around the time of the game).

Mine adds up, whatever points that are shown were awarded. There are just two anomalies where points were reduced, one was R. Madrid in 2020 and one was an away game were they gave it twice and removed one, so the total was 120 over as 60 points were added and taken away, but there are no minus figures just removed in the second column.

Still awaiting FACS points but not concerned as it won't affect anything, but I know for 20% of people it will.
 
I jkust checked my own account and all the FA Cup scheme points were added when I sugned up for the scheme and when I bought the Fulham ticket. But I've had no League Cup points added and I'm on that scheme as well. It seems very random.

Can I ask people to check if they've had their LC scheme points.

FA Cup scheme were last added 01/06/2020 for the abandoned season, LCS 03/11/2021. The latter were granted manually.

League Cup added 03/11/21, though in multiple transactions, FAC still awaited though did get Fulham points straight away

Do they give it a temp to do when they have a few hours spare? In theory they give then at the end of the comp to stop people getting them and benefiting and later pulling out of the scheme.

I realised what could have happened with mine now, but I am keeping quiet :)

I keep telling them that we have these things called "computers" that do these things automatically. They said they're thinking about it.

League Cup points added 3rd Nov. 21,still waiting for the 200 FA Cup points.
