I sent an email to supporter services on Friday,and got a reply a few hours later.I've had a lot of complaints about this. I'll take it up with them.
The reply was that they would add the points to my account " in the next few weeks".
When I then received a further email asking my opinion on the way they had handled my query, I replied that the service from them was a disgrace and completely unacceptable from a large organization like City.

Same as you, had my League Cup points swiftly, but nothing from the FA Cup Scheme yetIs anyone else still waiting for their F.A Cup Scheme points?
My League Cup Scheme points were added on the 3rd November but nothing added for the F.A. Cup!
With the possibility of a Champs league final every ticket point is needed & i think i am owed 200 points (joined all 3 while being platinum)
Do i have to call them?

Mine not been added either yet, you'd think it would be simple to have the computer programme to upload the points when we get knocked out.
