It's Quiet 17 - Glory Thread

Sell Zin then buy the lad from Brighton and a young right back and that's full back positions sorted for years.

He wanted to stay and fight for his place and yet again after a long time out of the side he comes in and delivers when we need him most, just like PSG in the semi last year he was hugely influential in winning us the title with his performance against Villa.

But if he wants to play more regularly he will have to go elsewhere...if they're signing him as a LB he still wouldn't be first choice at Arsenal unless Tierney keeps suffering injuries.

Hope he stays.

Maybe Zin wants to play something other than left back finally.. cos I dont think he will ever do that at City really. Or he sees his identity as a left back now. Hard to tell with his personal surroundings atm as well etc.

edit: Ok someone posted a twitter posting after I started typing here lol

Obviously want him to stay but can't fault him if he wants to move for more game time, especially in midfield, rather than a rotational LB here

Meant as a noun. I expect the refreshment to the squad to be bigger than maybe everyone here anticipates
Ah I get it.. interesting Gus. Very interesting… I keep thing back to that tweet from Rodney Marsh .. about a rumour he had heard about a possible departure which he dismissed as he thought it “too left field”.

My guess is he was thinking Gundogan or Sterling to a foreign club
