Been watching a compilation of his videos on YouTube and one thing which stood out for me was the way he brushes aside players when making runs from half way line or when he's allowed to have a run at defenders, it's so yaya like and when yaya used to do it was game over for the defenders most of the time and he would be the same with his physicality

The Daily Mail said the transfer would be made official on 1st June but I don't recognise the journo and it was in a paparazzi post when he was in town.
 
Hope they hurry up and release the announcement. No reason not to. Hopefully today, to really annoy the cult and the rags.
 
As mentioned in the transfer forum, I was on a flight with Soriano the other day by chance. Only had a very brief chat but asked him when Haaland would be announced. He said “probably July” which seemed a bit strange, but not sure if he misunderstood what I’d asked as we both had face masks on. I’d be surprised if we actually left it that long given that he was at the CFA last week presumably doing the media stuff.

Interesting - thanks for the update mate.

July would be strange given they’ve clearly done all the media stuff already, and his signing for us is hardly a secret to anyone - but I guess they could be playing it safe with an improved relationship with Dortmund in mind.

Any other snippets from your conversation you’re at liberty to share?

Especially with him on International duty for the next 2 weeks, I don't think the guy wants to be asked a hundred questions and not be able to answer them.

That’s because he’s probably going on holiday right after the Nations League games. You’d think the club would want him to update all his social media simultaneously with the announcement, but he effectively can’t call himself “@mancity player” on the bio while still a Dortmund player
