Always thought we needed to celebrate our Bell, Lee and Summerbee heroes

These were the ones our fans celebrated like we celebrated Serg, Vinny and David

If done then I would prefer them away from the others and done traditionally in stone or bronze and as solid statues.

Don't get me wrong I like the ones done though the sergio one I find not right for some reason (don't think the pose works for the style used).

Plus if anyone bar Bell deserves consideration for a staue first if would be Bell then Book followed by Young,

Bert Trautmann has a statue in the reception, but he needs a wider ranging tribute

I think with these plans ahead, I keep the T-shirt with the three legends a bit longer. It might actually be worth a lot of money eventually. If the t-shirt holds out. It looks like it’s actually 50 years old and the misses needs to repare these little wholes that keep appearing when I put it on.

“Skip” deserves one, as does Trautmann imo too.

I’ve never been a fan of statues for this reason. You have to draw the line and it’s always a very harsh line on those who miss out.

The club will most likely pander to the recently acknowledged 99% of 'fans' who live outside the UK, most of whom don't know or care who represented City before Pep arrived.

I suspect stands will be named after Pep Guardiola and the highest bidding sponsors rather than great players of the past.

That said, "The Soriano Bergiristain Stand" does have a nice ring to it....

i wouldnt trust anyone to make a statue nowadays after seeing their latest offerings, ferns mosaic on the other hand looks fantastic, so get one of those done, at least you'll know who they are!

You watch the run by Sergio after that goal and then look at the statue it’s spot on.

To be fair, Pep is the most successful manager in our history, responsible for winning exactly half of our total League titles.

Naming a stand after him would be entirely appropriate in my opinion.

I don't disagree with you at all on that.

It would be a much better tribute than the current 'trend' of modern art statues.

I personally think we have enough custodians to name every block after. DO away with bland block numbers.

I think we should build a proper City museum on site. We have a long history and it would be nice for the young uns to be able to go in and physically see it, old shirts, old footballs, Berts story, the 60s/70s, story of our beginning, etc.
