Unfortunately, I think he’s a good signing for them but not an improvement on Mane. I can see him being a golden boot contender on account of him playing most games. Liverpool might have to change the way they set up though, Mane and Salah have usually started wide but Nunez looks like a straight through the middle type, so probably a settling in period.

Yeah think they’ll only lose mane and a fringe player so they’ll have Nunez salah jota firmino and Dias which is pretty good think there midfield is lacking but the way they play get it up the park quick you only need spoilers in midfield.

According to Chris Sutton, he is the missing piece of the jigsaw for Liverpool and will slot in perfectly. I was so surprised to hear a positive report about a potential Liverpool signing and, I suppose, with the quality he possesses, it is the right thing to do to spend such money on him as it's good for the game to pass that money through to the smaller clubs. I am thankful, as is Chris, that Liverpool can show us the way.

How is he the missing piece of the jigsaw, he's literally a direct replacement to Mane who's had a very good season and they still lost the league. Its a downgrade from the existing team. Goals was not their issue this season!

Yeh Firmino looks nailed on to see out his contract (think he’s got one year left) and then leave on a free which I believe FSG are happy with

Let's be honest, We could make a 3 minute video of Lionel Messi making him looking like shit. I haven't seen much of Nunez for Benfica so I can't say much about him. Liverpool normally get it right in the transfer market, I obviously hope he's a flop if he does join.

having said that, he does have dogshit first touch, passing and his dribbling is very suspect, that I can tell you.
