La Liga official complaint about City

As usual RAWK has nailed the real culprit....

La Liga is taking legal action against PSG and City in EU courts.

Arguing that they have not taken sufficient action against both of them. Also arguing PSGs chairman also being chairman of ECA is a conflict of interest.

The lawyer they hired acted on behalf of Wikileaks.

They also moaned that the Premier League have taken no action even though they have been investigating for 4 years.

About time somebody did as the authorities are not doing anything. Uefa were sent packing by Abu Dhabi’s lawyers and CAS. The PL are taking the piss with their slow moving case, maybe that is to do with Abu Dhabi’s lawyers too tho. Although I really would not be surprised if Boris’ mucky paws are in there somewhere. The more spotlight is put on these cheating bastards, the better.
Wow

Not sure about allowing the ESL. But i wouldn't be surprised to find out that the American owned clubs really want to get enough voting power to throw us and now newcastle out of the PL
On what grounds and under what PL rule.?

Have to say, though, he has a point with PSG. They really have ridden roughshod over FFP and have come out of it unscathed, with a much stronger position in UEFA even.

Personally don't care much whether we are competing with PSG or Madrid in Europe, or both, but I can imagine it riles other "history" clubs.

I've just read these recent articles online and it states he's made a complaint about PSG and city in April but we are getting linked to his spat with psg now does my head in uk media, all just click bait

Good to see our local paper has got our back.

It is not the first time that LaLiga has denounced these anti-competitive practices before UEFA. The Spanish organization has always led the defense of economic control. In 2017 and 2018, he filed briefs with UEFA against PSG and Manchester City for infringing financial fair play, which resulted in sanctions by UEFA against both "state clubs", although they were later annulled due to strange CAS decisions.

They wouldn't stand a chance of that, they haven't the money to take City or the geordies on in court they'd get hammered.

The Boris reference is evidence of clinical madness.

Last month Tebas said La Liga would take legal action against PSG after Mbappe snubbed a move to Real Madrid.

The arrogant bastards are hurting, I hope someone in a higher authority shuts their operation down. They didn't get their targets because their targets didn't want to go to them.

Mbappe is French and stayed in France.

Haaland born in Leeds dad played for Manchester City and he came to City.

Who do they think they are :)

The fat, racist twat is fucking deluded.

RM offered €200m for Mbappe in January and it's reported that their offers to him and Erling were about the same as what psg and us offered so if it's not "fair" for us how can it be fair for them??

I'd laugh if Emirates are ending their €70m/year shirt sponsorship too.

That was a direct quote from the LaLiga statement I think.

Expressions like "they must have done something ....." and "strange CAS decisions" don't seem to indicate a strong legal position, though.

There's literally not a thing he or they can do. What evidence does he have? Turned out UEFA had nothing but newspaper clippings, I doubt they fancy getting their hands wrapped agin just because Tebas doesn't like us.

We've played by the book and CAS have confirmed this, except for a minor misdemeanor of not giving UEFA the info they requested, but why on earth would we have done given they were the ones pushing for prosecution.

Should be repercussions now to this for him and possibly La Liga, depending now who and why this is being raised.

I don't think we'll ignore them this time either. I think we'll push for recompense once UEFA tell him to pipe down. He's attacked our credibility, tried to damage our brand, we didn't flinch. I hope he is read to take his medicine.
